Rishi completed his Physiotherapy degree in 2007. Whilst training he worked in different specialties’ including neuro-physiotherapy rehabilitation, respiratory medicine and orthopaedic inpatients. Being a keen sportsman Rishi took a keen interest into the musculoskeletal aspect of Physiotherapy.

After qualification, Rishi began his career in the NHS and is currently working as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist. This role has allowed him to oversee patients with complex neuro-musculosketal conditions and works closely alongside GP’s, Extended Scope Practitioners, and Orthopaedic specialists.

Rishi has undertaken many post graduate courses. He has successfully completed soft tissue massage, problem solving the complex shoulder, trigger point therapy and Mulligan manual concepts. He has also attended and completed the Peripheral orthopaedic Medicine course by Stephanie Saunders and acupuncture.

Attending gym on a regular basis and being a keen footballer, Rishi understands how frustrating it can be after an injury. He combines his hands on treatment, with a well-structured functional rehabilitation programme to ensure his client’s goals are achieved and return them to their activity or sport as soon as possible. He also provides expert advice on self-management and injury prevention to ensure clients stay functionally independent after their course of treatment.
